个人简介

潘振海，北京大学学士、博士，美国普渡大学博士后，入选上海高校特聘教授（东方学者）、江苏省“双创人才”、上海市“浦江人才”等人才计划；发表学术论文60余篇（以第一/通讯作者在IJHMT, AIChE J, POF等等行业权威期刊发表论文30余篇）申请发明专利20余项；研究成果获中国发明协会成果奖2项，中国产学研合作促进会成果奖1项、个人奖1项；近5年主持校外来源的各类科研项目14项，总经费1000余万元。研究方向聚焦于高功率半导体芯片/器件的高效冷却与热管理技术及其背后涉及的传热学、流体力学等学科的基础科学问题。
